The fresh confectionaries vary with the seasons. Since the number of confectionaries is limited, they might be sold out.
For visitors who want to perform a tea ceremony or a group (20 or more people) that wants to experience a tea ceremony as guests, reservations must be made at least three days in advance.
Admission is free for tour guides, drivers, and teachers accompanying students. (There is a fee for the tea served in the tea ceremony.)

Cancellation four or more days in advance: no charge.
Cancellation three days in advance: 50% of the fee will be charged.
Cancellation on the day: 100% of the fee will be charged.
Cancellation without notice: 100% of the fee will be charged.
For private use of the tea house, there is a separate charge of 8,000 yen, regardless of the number of people.
Students are requested to show their student ID.
The disabled are requested to show their disability certificate.
JAF members are requested to show their membership card.

From Kanazawa Station: Take bus No.11-16 or 90-95
From Korinbo (near Chuo Park): Take bus No.10,15, 43, 81, or 90-96 (via Kenrokuen-shita) Loop bus. Get off at “Kenrokuen-shita” bus stop and walk 5 min.

By bus: 13 min from Kanazawa Station
By car: 20 min from Kanazawa-higashi, Kanazawa-nishi or Morimoto IC
